We developed this new 4-component rubber acrylate injection resin specifically for this case!
These low-viscosity acrylate and methacrylate resins are always used in a 1:1 volume ratio.
With this new resin the initiator is not dissolved in water (as usual) but in a strengthening polymer blend. Use of this strengthening polymer blend results in a rubber gel with excellent physical properties.
Namely:
- Outstanding cohesion upon swelling
- Good stability
- High water retention capacity
- Outstanding behaviour in wet-dry cycles
- Better tear strength (in comparison with standard acrylate injection liquids)
